Parsian Azadi Hotel is the former Hyatt hotel and one the Iran's luxurious hotels which was renovated by architects from Italy, Switzerland and china. Parsian Azadi Hotel with 26 floors is situated at the foot of Alborz mountain range and is at junction of the main highways, therefore it enjoys the fair accessing point. The hotel is located at Sa'adatabat district and is in vicinity of the international exhibition, IRIB Conference Center, Islamic Heads Conference Hall, Enghelab Sports Complex and certain tourism attraction sites such as Saad Abad historical complex, Tochal Recreational Center and Tehran Jurassic Park.

Parsian Azadi Hotel has 475 rooms of six different types: single rooms, twin rooms, double rooms, junior suites, royal suites, duplex suite and presidential suite and the special disabled room and 24/7 services of Iranian restaurant, international restaurant on 26th floor and Biche Italian Restaurant and seven multipurpose halls with a variety of capacities (from 50 to 500 people) offered by hotel to guests to cover all meetings, conferences and ceremonies. The club is the exclusive club for national soccer team camps.
Children under 15 years old are not allowed to use the health club.
